We are now accepting nominations for the following even-year Board positions (2-year terms):

Vice-President

Ice Scheduler

Registrar
-
Director at Large

Director of Sponsorship/Media Relations

Senior Division Directors
๐น Eligibility:
Nominees must be affiliated with the Association as a player, have a child registered with the Wave, or be a member of Bench Staff.
To be nominated for President, the nominee must currently be an elected Executive member serving a full term in another Executive position.
๐ Nomination Deadline:
All nominations must be submitted to the Board no later than 30 calendar days prior to the AGM
Deadline: March 22, 2026
๐ณ Election Process (per By-law 2.02):

If only one nomination is received for a position by the deadline, that nominee will be acclaimed.

If more than one nomination is received for a position, voting members will vote by ballot at the AGM.

A nominee must receive a simple majority of votes cast to be elected.

If no nominations are received by the deadline, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

The Board will oversee the election process, including the collection and counting of ballots at the AGM
