Team Reps play a vital role in upholding this culture. You are not just a point of contact for your team you are a leader, communicator, and a champion of the values that make our league special. Whether its organizing pickups, ensuring fair play, or encouraging teammates through a tough shift, your leadership shapes the player experience.
We believe great Team Reps lead with positivity, patience, and passion. They help teammates feel connected, model respectful behaviour, and create a sense of belonging that keeps women returning season after season.
As part of your role, you will be expected to:

Represent your team in league communications

Promote our values of inclusion, safety, and fun

Coordinate pickup players when needed

Provide fair feedback during player evaluation skates

Attend occasional committee meetings to support league planning
