Our Senior Women’s House League is more than just a weekly game—it’s a community built by women, for women, where every skill level is welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
We hit the ice Sunday evenings in a fun, in-house format focused on inclusivity, confidence, and connection—on and off the ice.

All approved teams must wear official Wave jerseys, provided by the league and proudly featuring our Canadian flag patch.
