All those who intend to return to or join the Wave do so prior to July 31 so we can set teams and finalize programs for September.

Junior/Senior Fundamentals - Learn & Play in One Fun-Filled Weekly Program!

This program is perfect for YOU if:

You've always wanted to try hockey but never had the chance.
You're new to the sport and want to build a strong foundation.
You're looking for a fun, one-day-a-week way to develop your skills and join a supportive community.
offer both for Junior and Senior participants.

No experience necessary! Whether you're a complete beginner or haven't laced up your skates in a while, this program is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of hockey in a fun and encouraging environment.

Junior Fundamentals - 15 and younger
Senior Fundamentals - 16 and older

Ready to take your skills to the next level? Our U7 program is the perfect transition from fundamentals to playing games. Hone your skills and experience the thrill of competition with sporadic quarter-ice games. Depending on numbers participants it maybe inhouse or scheduled with other Associations for games.

Ages U9-U15, Buckle up for a season packed with weekly practices and games, plus exciting development opportunities to push your limits and become the best player you can be.

U9 format is development, then introduction to half-ice games. Come Jan 15 the transition to full ice games occurs.

U18 and U22 Players: We know you're busy with school, work and balancing life, so we've created a reduced practice schedule while keeping the competitive games you crave.

Teams ranging from U9 to U22 compete in the Greater Hamilton Girls Hockey League. This league operates as a traveling house league, offering a diverse array of opponents for play throughout the season.

Lace up your skates, ladies! It's time to hit the ice!

Welcome to the Senior Division, the hottest women's hockey program for amazing ladies!

Dust off your old stick or grab a brand new one! This league is for everyone, whether you're a hockey veteran or a total beginner.

Looking for a killer workout? Craving some social fun with awesome women? We've got you covered! The Senior Division is the perfect place to sweat, score some goals, and make lasting friendships.

This is a inhouse program that takes place Sunday evenings.
