At the Port Colborne Women’s Senior House League, we are committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for every participant.
We understand that from time to time, issues may arise that need to be addressed formally. Our complaint process ensures that all concerns are heard, reviewed, and resolved fairly and confidentially.
We believe in:
Treating all individuals with dignity and respect
Providing a transparent, consistent process for resolving concerns
Protecting the privacy and safety of all participants
Addressing issues promptly and professionally
Whether your concern involves player conduct, officiating, safety, or league operations, we want to make sure it’s handled appropriately and in line with our Disciplinary Policy & Procedure.
You should consider filing a complaint if you experience or witness:
Unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behaviour
Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
Safety violations or unsafe play
Misconduct by players, officials, or volunteers
Repeated breaches of league rules or policies
If the issue is minor, we encourage players or team representatives to first attempt a respectful discussion to resolve the matter.
However, if that’s not possible, or the behaviour continues, a formal complaint is appropriate.
