Welcome to the Wave Frenzy application. Please fill out all fields below and submit.  You will receive information on the process for payment by way of e-transfer or by credit card in an e-mail you will receive upon submission.  In the event that divisions fill up, teams will be placed on the waitlist based on when payment is received, not by the application date.  The fees for the tournament are $875.  As the tournament date approaches you will receive an e-mail with login information so that you can add your team's roster.  Thanks and can't wait to see you at Wave Frenzy.
