Annual General Meeting for the Port Colborne Girls Hockey Association
Description
Will be held on September 9th, 2020 @ 7:00 p.m. Vale Parking lot. Social distancing will be in effect, bring a chair so we can spread out. In light of our situation and the limited time we have to prepare for the season, we will not be accepting any proposed amendments to the bylaws or constitution. We will be accepting last season's reports, and holding any current elections that are due.
Elections: Elections will be held for the following positions(completed term): Any member in good standing that has been, and accepted a nomination for a position will be included on the ballot.
FULL TWO YEAR TERM 2nd Vice president - two (2) year term (even) incumbent Ken Breitenbach (wishes to continue) House league director - two (2) year term (even) incumbent Tricia Panunte (wishes to continue) Membership consists of a maximum of two parents of all those under 18 who have paid annual registration fees. Or the player if they are 18 years or older. Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote on each of the motions arising at the annual meeting, and one per elected position. All elections will be by ballot.
